Here are the main meetings of Slow Food Expo 2015 in week 22 to 28 June. Slow Food in the Pavilion Plazza of Biodiversity   Monday 22 Slow Wine - Appointment by the Fisar - Americas 16.30: The meeting, organized by the Fisar, will focus on the history of vines and wine in the Americas, with particular emphasis on the important development of the wine countries experiencing rapid growth, such as Canada with its Eiswein, the United States with its Meritage, Chile with its ancient vines, Argentina and Uruguay. Speakers Rosanna Soldà and Oriella Marchesini,  Fisar teachers.   Blue Food: Green Future? 18 p.m.: In the year of the Expo, you could not even talk about sea, presenting a project entirely dedicated to sea food and the freshwater ecosystems.
