Celebrating our LGBTQIA2+ partners and the community

Here at #starbucks, we are dedicated to creating experiences where everyone is welcome and respected, with the belief that we are at our best when we create safe, inclusive environments for people to connect over coffee.  

Recognizing Pride Month every June is a longstanding tradition #starbucks is proud to be a part of. There has been no change to any guidance related to how our stores across the United States celebrate this moment. And throughout the year – every single day – our support for the LGBTQIA2+ community is unwavering.  

Our partners inform and inspire the commitments and actions of the company about issues affecting the LGBTQIA2+ community. We will continue to encourage our retail leaders to work with store teams to find ways to authentically celebrate year-round with their communities. 

From the merchandise we display in our inclusive store environments to our company culture and partner benefits, #starbucks has a storied history that includes more than four decades of listening to, hiring members of, recognizing and celebrating the LGBTQIA2+ community.
