FHA Singapore Expo - 25/28 October
After a four-year stop, this long-awaited trade sector event for the whole Asian market is starting up again in October. The last Food&Hotel Asia event, held every two years, was in 2018 and the planned 2020 edition was cancelled due to the pandemic. This new edition has a novel feature: Food&HotelAsia (FHA) has evolved into two great events, FHA-HoReCA and FHA-Food & Beverage. The two events provide a more targeted and complete commercial platform, covering the #food and hospitality sectors with two distinct identities and offers.

With visitor attendance forecast at around 20,000 and 800 exhibitors distributed across the #singapore Expo's ten halls, the trade fair will relaunch the hospitality sector as a whole now that the recent restrictions have been lifted. Visitors will find out more about the latest global market trends thanks also to a packed programme of conferences and seminars and competitions which will see the best talents on the international scene pitted against one another.
THE ASIAN #food SOLDIER
To this end, one of the currently most talked about figures on the #singapore latest generation culinary scene will be enlivening our stand on 27 October. Melvyn Lee, better known as 'the Asian #food Soldier', shot to fame thanks to his TV programme 'Accidental Chef' in which he travels through eight Asian countries, an opportunity to introduce cuisine and culture to the general public. At this event he will put himself to the test with our Evolution ovens in a two-session cooking #show.
