Starting with the very first romance, the mystery and enigma of love has beguiled many through the ages. Capturing the ever-evolving rhythm of romance, Bar Manager Gabriel Carlos presents cocktails Adam and Eve, inspired by the very first love story of all time.
Aromatic from the first sip, Eve is a clarified milk punch crafted with Roku gin and Cocchi Rosa and enlivened by strawberry and fresh notes of osmanthus and sencha - a perfect balance of fruit floral hints and peppery, dry citrus bitter that rounds out with light, fragrant sweetness. Adam contrasts with a rich palate based in Maker’s Mark bourbon juxtaposed with the acidity of green apple and enlightened by shiso mint, lemon and soda.
