La San Marco at Host 2019: new red carpet collection, and all the secrets of the lever-press world

The company from Gradisca d’Isonzo, Italy, confirms its attendance at the 41^st edition of Host Milano, to be held from 18 to 22 October. There is great anticipation for the world première of the new 20/20 collection developed in partnership with Bonetto Design. The La San Marco stand will also include a space dedicated to the lever-pressed coffee world, where visitors can make their own espresso, under the guidance of our expert baristas.

In the run-up to its centenary, La San Marco, the historic Italian producer of professional espresso machines and grinder-dispensers, returns to Host, the key event for the hospitality and catering sector, to be held at FieraMilano Rho from 18 to 22 October 2019.

All La San Marco's latest news will be revealed to the wide international audience inside its all-new stand (Pav. 24 Stand B60/C51), which is organized into two themed sections: one, the new 20/20 collection, designed in partnership with Bonetto Design. The other, La San Marco's enchanting world of lever-driven machines.

20/20 COLLECTION

Four different models, a single concept. At Host 2019, La San Marco presents its first collection, comprising three electronic and one lever-driven model. This is literally a catwalk debut: these new gems, designed by the company from Gradisca d’Isonzo in collaboration with Bonetto Design will parade along a very special red carpet. The key words: graceful simplicity.

LEVER-PRESS WORLD
Enjoy excellent espresso coffee, and immerse yourself in the pleasure of a captivating and timeless ritual. At Host 2019, La San Marco invites you to discover all the secrets of its lever-driven machines. Within the “PULL YOUR OWN COFFEE” area, visitors can drink a top-class coffee, and even try their hand at the art of extraction, with the sensational dual-sided V6 model. With this initiative the company wants to highlight once again the spectacular nature and excellent performance of the lever-driven system, in terms of both quality and quantity. La San Marco firmly believes in these aspects, as was recently confirmed by its sponsorship of Francesco Costanzo on 27 September. The barista from Naples managed to pull a remarkable 703 cups of coffee in one hour, using one of La San Marco's lever-driven models.

What makes lever-pressed coffee so unique? Revealing all will be Alessandro Coda, Q-Grader and Authorized SCA Trainer, who will welcome guests into the ‘Pull Your Own Coffee’ area created within the stand.

“Meet & Greet with Francesco Costanzo”

Our special guest at the La San Marco stand will be record holder Francesco Costanzo, who will give away all the secrets of his incredible feat: 703 coffees extracted in one hour using a lever-driven machine.
