An epicurean journey through asia awaits at elements at Four Seasons Hotel Doha
Introducing a bold new menu featuring authentic cuisines from Japan, China, Thailand and India – true to its origins, and true to its flavours
October 18, 2018, #Doha, QatarInspired by its namesake, Elements - the award winning restaurant at Four Seasons #hotel Doha - debuts a new menu of pan-Asian cuisine, featuring authentic dishes from Japan, Thailand, China and India. As part of Elements’ ethos and careful attention to detail and authenticity, each dish will be prepared by chefs who hail from each country of origin.
“Elements is renowned for original flavours and innovative presentation, therefore we are absolutely delighted to debut a new menu that truly emphasises four cuisines – Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Indian, all presented by chefs from each of these countries, making for a truly authentic meal,” says Manuel Santos, Director of #food and Beverage at #fourseasonshotelDoha. “The new menu also allows our talented chefs to take centre stage throughout the restaurant – in between the live action stations and the charcoal grill, each chef has the ability to showcase their incredible craftsmanship and culinary passion.”
As a hot new focal point, #Elements will feature a prominent charcoal grill station that will be an integral component of the new menu. The grill station will highlight and differentiate each region’s traditional grilling techniques, creating distinct and flavourful dishes from these parts of the world. Menu highlights include tandoori prawns with tomato chutney; wagyu beef striploin with ponzu oroshi, yuzu pepper and garlic peanut butter sauce; Peking duck; and Thai grilled beef salad.
