DS Automobiles, the premium French automotive brand, embodies the spirit of avant-garde, and is an established supporter of high cuisine. DS is participating at the #tasteoflondon this summer with an innovative concept not used before at the festival. Joining forces with the brand’s UK ambassador - #pascalaussignac, the Michelin-starred #chef at restaurant Club Gascon - DS is presenting four surprising menu tasters that feature insect elements as ingredients, and four avant-garde protégés, specially selected by the #chef, will help Pascal prepare the dishes for public sampling throughout the festival, ahead of it being a key dish at his restaurant.
