Press release available only in Italian

His name is Stephen Piergentili, the guy who brings in Expo #milano 2015 the tradition of the only mill
Medieval water still active in Italy. At the Slow #food Theatre young miller has Umbrian
presented the activities of the Mill Renzetti with Marino Mariani Slow #food High
Umbria.
For generations the family Piergentili carries on the business of the mill at the foot of the Umbria, to
San Giustino, challenging the great industrial production in the name of a better quality of flour. The
slow run of the mill and the consequent long processing of the raw material, not to permetteno
flour overheat. This will not be compromised in the organoleptic properties
grain such as Vitamin E and vegetal components that make it digestible.
"The importance of the method is critical - said Stefano Piergentili -; date, 80% of the
world population is fed them by the farmers and the quality of products must remain at the center
attention. We provide a product whose health is immediately perceptible during
meal. "
