Continue without interruption summer the work of the Irish pavilion and Bord Bia, presenting two new dual appointments with the Cookery Presentation of Peter Ward, accompanied respectively by two exceptional ambassadors of the firstfruits and of Sustainable Irish: Birgitta Hedin Curtin, with its award-winning organic smoked salmon (August 11 to 12 from 15) and Tim McCarthy, butchers for five generations, whose preparations of meat are also known in the British royal family (August 17 to 18 from 15).
