The event Dîner d'Epicure: the art of Roberto Paolini will be translated in many special dishes realized by the chef Roberto Valbuzzi

In occasion of the Dîner d'Epicure on January 23rd, 2015 will be presented four sculptures of Roberto Paolini, that will be faithfully "translated" in as many special dishes realized and made by the chef Roberto Valbuzzi, who will reproduce all the details, the shape and the color of the combinations of materials.
