Easter chocolate contest for aspiring junior pastry chefs at Four Seasons Hotel Milano

When thinking of #milan, it is impossible not to think of fashion and - design.

This #easter, younger guests at Four Seasons Hotel Milano will get a chance to exercise their creativity and craftsmanship as they are invited to design animals made of #chocolate with Pastry #chef #danielebonzi, creator of the Hotel’s famous Chocolate Room. This kids-friendly #chocolate masterclass in collaboration with the famous #chocolate maker Valrhona will start in the pastry lab, where children will learn how #chocolate is transformed into art using molds and secret Chef’s tips. After the completion of this first stage, children will be able to personalise their creation using colourful paints and #chocolate ganache to give life to their gorillas, rhinoceros, frogs, tigers or pandas.

All #chocolate animals will be displayed during the traditional Easter Brunch hosted in the open kitchen, featuring a selection of Italian delights prepared by Resident #chef #marcoveneruso and his team.  Served buffet-style, the brunch provides an opportunity to sample the best traditional specialties, including roasted meats, seafood, risotto, as well as a selection of the finest cold cuts and cheeses. A live music performance and a children’s play area with a babysitter #service ensure fun for the entire family, while the Hotel’s kitchen team will select the best #chocolate piece created by the children. The winner’s work of art will become part of the #chocolateroom decor for the entire season 2018.
