Indulge in Saturday Brunch at Wild Carrot
Every Saturday, late risers can roll out of bed and enjoy a sumptuous start to the weekend with Saturday Brunch, featuring a selection of traditional brunch dishes with a fresh and fun twist – from poached eggs on home-made sourdough served with avocado and crispy bacon; to Cornish crab omelette; moreish spinach pancakes with smoked salmon; and sweetcorn fritters served with streaky bacon, feta and avocado. Those with a particularly sweet tooth can enjoy sweet berry ricotta pancakes; clotted cream stuffed French toast with strawberries and maple syrup; or decadent Oreo waffles, served with Nutella sauce, caramelised popcorn and meringue.
To enjoy alongside these dishes, the mixologists at the Bar at Wild Carrot have crafted a selection of cocktails and mocktails also featuring contemporary twists – such as the traditional Bloody Mary served with a garnish of crispy bacon, #blackberrybellinis and #raspberrylemonade.
Delight in Oysters and English Sparkling Wine
Throughout January and February, Wild Carrot invites guests to delight in delicious oysters and a glass of one of the finest English sparkling wines.
Ideal as a pre-dinner treat, every Friday and Saturday evening from 5:00 pm, diners can enjoy three oysters and a glass of Coates & Seely sparkling wine, produced in #hampshire, served on the Chef’s counter while watching Wild Carrot’s culinary experts prepare their signature dishes.

From Monday to Friday, Wild Carrot presents its #tasteofwildcarrot lunch menu, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients found in #hampshire markets and further afield. Allowing guests to choose from two or three courses of their choice, this winter diners can enjoy starters such as the warm winter salad with butternut squash, pear, honey glazed swede and roasted hazelnuts; mains such as tender maple glazed pork shoulder with creamy mash; and desserts such as the dark chocolate tart served with banana ice cream. The #tasteofwildcarrot menu changes monthly, adapting to the season and making the most of the freshest ingredients.
