Aloe Vera Adds Healthy Twist to New Year Puddings

Chinese Executive Chef Chan Yan Tak is here to help guests stick to their New Year’s resolutions with a light and refreshing interpretation of the classic New Year pudding. Alkaline aloe vera combines with the crunch of lotus root and jasmine tea for a refreshing treat with a long and lingering floral taste. This new twist is a great guilt-free snack to be shared among family and friends after New Year’s dinners.

A perennial favourite of local guests, Lung King Heen puddings come in three additional flavours, all handmade and produced in small quantities by the star team helmed by Chef Tak.

Chinese New Year Puddings

  • Lunar New Year pudding with chrysanthemum and honey - HKD 388 per box
  • Aloe vera pudding with lotus root and jasmine - HKD 388 per box
  • Abalone and turnip pudding with conpoy - HKD 468 per box

The good fortune continues as the chefs of Four Seasons prepare romantic menus made for love.

Italian Executive Chef Andrea Accordi has whipped up amorous recipes for lovebirds at The Lounge. The menu consists of six courses and is priced at HKD 2,888 per couple.

Meanwhile, for couples who love the glam and the glitter, Caprice offers a stunning backdrop for the occasion. Chef de Cuisine Guillaume Galliot and Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert have created a seven-course gastronomic adventure sure to excite the taste buds. The special menu is priced at HKD 3,500 per person.
