Renowned #hospitality Brand Lengthens its Lead in Well-being with 250 Run Concierges Worldwide, Now Enhancing Group Runs with Custom #trx Pre-Run Workout

Westin Hotels & Resorts together with TRX® announce a global partnership, bringing the global leaders in functional training and fitness equipment to more than 200 WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studios around the globe. In addition to putting fitness at guests’ fingertips with curated content in the new #trx App, both brands have created a custom pre-run workout, allowing Westin Run Concierges to enhance group runs and leverage #trx equipment — including #trx Suspension Trainers™ and Functional Training Tools — available in the hotels.

Starting next month, #westinworkout Fitness Studios will feature a selection of new strength, cardio, stretching and core equipment, including foam rollers, strength bands, medicine balls, premium yoga mats, stability balls, jump ropes, kettlebells, and the signature TRX® Suspension Trainer™.  Leveraging a philosophy based around standards of movements — push, pull, plank, rotate, hinge, lunge and squat —every #trx movement helps to build total-body strength, which boosts endurance and speed.

With custom workouts created specifically for travelers targeting such issues as jetlag, stress, and sitting for extended periods on an airplane or in the office, Westin and #trx enable guests to regain control of their wellness routines and be their best while on the road.
