In celebration of the holidays, Four Seasons invites guests to eat, drink and be merry in true epicurean style with a curated selection of unique holiday menus across all five restaurants and bars, including the Hotel’s award-winning #elements, Il #teatro and #nobudoha. Gather with family and friends and allow Four Seasons to make the holidays merry and bright.
Seasons Tea Lounge
Recognised as the best Afternoon Tea in #doha, sip and savour the sweetest holiday treats at Seasons Tea Lounge. The Festive Afternoon Tea includes sweet and savoury bites, and a choice of hot or cold beverage. The Festive Afternoon Tea is available from December 19, 2017 to January 1, 2018, and is QAR 215 per set inclusive of one hot or cold beverage.
Christmas Eve Dinner – Il Teatro
Chef #marcoarlotti has created a special holiday feast for Christmas Eve at Il Teatro, featuring a delicious four-course set menu such as roasted octopus with potatoes cream and sweet paprika; king crab salad with lettuce frisee and citrus bagnacaoda sauce; and sole fish fillet mugnaia with roasted green asparagus. The Christmas Eve Dinner is offered on Sunday, December 24, 2017, from 6:30 to 10:30 pm and is QAR 410 for the four-course set menu with amuse bouche and non-alcoholic beverages. Kids ages 11 years old and below include a complimentary meal from the kids menu.
Christmas Brunch - #elements, Il #teatro, #arabica, and Pool Grill
Awarded the best brunch in #doha, Four Seasons will be serving up a traditional holiday brunch menu infused with seasonal favourites and international dishes. The brunch is a culmination of four restaurants - Elements, Il #teatro, Arabica and the Pool Grill, resulting in a delicious array of culinary offerings. The Hotel's youngest guests are invited to enjoy the holiday trimmings with an array of festive activities during brunch. Christmas Brunch will be offered on Monday, December 25, 2017 from 12:30 to 5:00 pm and starts at QAR 550 per person. The Kids Christmas Brunch is QAR 275 per child, 5-12 years old.
Boxing Day Lunch Buffet – Elements
Gather with family and friends for a traditional Boxing Day lunch buffet on December 26, 2017. The lunch buffet will feature #elements signature dishes, including sushi, Peking duck and Elements’ live noodle station. The lunch buffet is available from 12:30 to 3:00 pm and starts at QAR 200 per person.
New Year’s Eve Winter Wonderland Celebration
Celebrate 2017 and toast to the year ahead at Four Seasons Winter Wonderland New Year’s Eve Dinner Party on December 31, 2017. The specialty menu features a selection of live cooking stations, live entertainment and the New Year’s countdown along the private Four Seasons beach. The Winter Wonderland New Year’s Eve Dinner Party starts at QAR 600 per person.
Nobu #doha New Year’s Eve Celebration
Bid farewell to 2017 and usher in the New Year at Nobu Doha, the award-winning restaurant and largest of its kind in the world. The New Year’s Eve seve-course menu features a lavish assortment including chu toro with black goma dressing, jalapeno jelly and caviar; lobster and fennel salad with dry miso; Nobu sushi selection; foie gras three ways; pan seared scallop with miso butter; brick oven roasted Japanese beef and Alaskan king crab; and #chocolate mousse with chestnut and roasted pineapple. The Nobu New Year’s Eve menu starts at QAR 700 per person.
New Year’s Day Lunch Buffet – Elements
Start the year in style at #elements, featuring an extensive menu with an abundant selections of delicious Asian and Arabic cuisine. The New Year’s Day Lunch Buffet is from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm, and starts at QAR 200 per person.
The Spa
Those looking to take a break from the festive feasting are invited to relax and rejuvenate at The Spa with the seasonal Gold Hammam Ritual. Indulge in a luxurious traditional hammam with a touch of opulence. This two-hour treatment begins with an AMRA foot ritual continued with Gold Hammam Soap and steam body cleanse, then exfoliation of the body using the traditional kassa glove and Gold Rejuvenating Body Polish that follows with a Gold Rejuvenating Rhassoul Body Wrap to hydrate and regenerate the skin. The ritual ends in a comfortable treatment room with a relaxing body moisturiser using Gold Rejuvenating Body Butter and finishes with a mini facial. The #goldhammamritual is QAR 1,595 per person.
