The Pasticceria Palazzolo began its activity in 1920 in Cinisi with a small laboratory that produced typical sicilian pastries. Today with its 32 employees is still strongly linked to the quality and tradition values, upon which it was founded and is structured following latest procedures and technologies. For more than ninety years, the market challenges have been overcame with passion and commitment to answer at customers expectation and sometimes trends.
The continue research for improving, the use of valuable raw materials have been the guidelines of its mission: so, across the, #pasticceria #palazzolo fortifies the brand, making it a guarantee for customers and achieving important goals. In 2007, it achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification from "AgroQualità" for research, develop and manufacturing pastry products, ice cream, #food, catering services and bar and, also, the CE marking to export in the EEA.
