At the International Coffee Fair in Host Milan, Varesina celebrates coffee professionals with demonstrations such as Show your perfect cup, from Saturday, October 24 to Monday, October 26, 2015. The historic coffee roasting plant of Varese has invited at its stand (Hall 13, stand C36 D35) some baristas and professional trainers to demonstrate their skills in different disciplines. Short talks on the first maintenance of the equipment, preparation of perfect espresso and cappuccino, skilled Latte Art techniques, and preparation of coffee-based cocktails. Varesina provides baristas with its own equipment and Silver, the 100% Arabica blend chosen as the Espresso Sponsor for the World Latte Art Championship 2015, which is part of the World Coffee Events SCAE - Speciality Coffee Association of Europe and SCAA - Speciality Coffee Association of America.
The event on Saturday, October 24, at 1 pm, will host the Italian champion Andrea Antonelli who, as a trainer and an expert of the pulyCAFF products (certified cleaners for coffee making equipment), will show the first maintenance operations of espresso machines and grinders to be carried out in just 15 minutes. And, after the cleaning, Antonelli will stage his talents with impeccable espresso and cappuccino prepared with the Varesina coffee.
The "demo" at the Show your perfect cup event will start again at noon on Sunday, October 25 with the drinks prepared by Davide Spinelli, a barista and a trainer with proven skills in Coffee in Good Spirits, the SCAE discipline that mixes coffee and alcoholic beverages. For the occasion, Spinelli will offer the public some coffee-based cocktails and soft drinks, as well as a "winner" preparation.
Finally, on Monday, October 26 still at noon, Varesina will host the barista and trainer Andrea Cremone for a session of cappuccino decoration techniques, from the free pour to other methods, just like in competitions.
The Varesina stand will also host the special participation of one of the best International baristas, Markus Badura, the Germany Latte Art defending championwith his amazing creations on the creamy surface of cappuccinos.
Among the Varesina Caffè products, Silver is the top blend for the preparation of perfect coffee cups. Presented at the last World of Coffee in Gothenburg, the official coffee blend of the World Latte Art Championship 2015 has supplied "milk jug" experts from around the world, including the Australian Caleb Cha, who won the championship.

The espresso made with this blend has a pronounced body and expresses pleasant hints of fruit with a delicate sweetness. Its cream is perfect and creates a clear color contrast in cappuccinos.
