Enologica, in Bologna - the story of wine from Emilia Romagna
"Enologica", promoted for the second consecutive year by the Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna and curated by Giorgio Melandri, choose again the heart of Emilia Romagna, Bologna, as the ideal stage for the story of the extraordinary and unusual wine industry and food of this area . At Palazzo Re Enzo 21, 22, 23 November 2015 we will write the next chapter in a story which will be featured more than 100 manufacturers, consortia and wineries in the region, which will allow visitors to enjoy a perfect "travel" along the Via Emilia , up from Rimini to Piacenza hills, through the wines symbol of this region: Albana and Sangiovese, Pignoletto Fortana, Lambrusco, Malvasia and Gutturnio.
